Why we should re-sign Peca!?!

Like it or not, I love and adore Michael Peca. I want him on my team. I want him on the ice every game. I trust him. I trust what he does. I trust his instincts. So here are my reasons as to why we should sign him. If you don’t want to read about it, then don’t click the little read more thingy 
- LEADERSHIP…I don’t care if you like him, or if you hate him, there is no question that this man is a leader in the locker room and on the ice.
- Consistency aside from the last few games, where I am telling you it seems to me he’s been off and my guess is he has some sort of injury.
- Playoff experience, remember Edmonton? REMEMBER?!
- He’s pretty good looking…ok so that one wasn’t very serious…but we aren’t the most attractive of teams and well, I really like attractive men.
- Peca makes good decisions on the ice.
- I feel like I can trust him, I’m typically not nervous when he is on the ice.
That’s my personal opinion. In the Dispatch’s podcast, they swear that Peca is going to be moved…I’m not seeing it. Also, there is talk that we are in the running for Richards. Let me make this perfectly clear. I do NOT want him…under any circumstances. He’s too expensive and I have serious doubts that he and Nash would have any chemistry.

I would really like Peca for my team too. Too bad the stupid press is talking about Federov…in all seriousness I hope the Wild don’t shop their young talent before we see what they can do. I don’t want DR to GM like I do in fantasy hockey and then bang his head on his desk about a trade he just made.

Kirsten: He might be a good fit with your club…but then again…you never know about chemistry. I adore him. As for Feds he may be old and have dated Tara Reid but I still see these flashes of greatness in him…maybe he just needs to come to the Wild just to see what he can do. I really hope we do trade him I want to see how Feds acts in the playoffs.
Jibbles: Yes, I would hit Peca…and apparently my mom would hit Pazzy (as would I) who would have thought?! HAHA
