Remembering the moments…

I have my hockey pictures as my screen savers, and as I sat in class today and each one flipped up, I thought of all the memories associated with them. I thought I would post some of my favorites and tell you what memory I put with it.
A fresh start, a new beginning, relief, and love for my team, and for my new Captain.
Complete joy, seeing three of my favorite hockey players raise the Cup.
My first goalie fight, also, a ton of personal things associated with this.
I remember watching this game on television and seeing this expression and saying wow, I hope they get that on film. I remember that game, constant fighting, pushing and shoving, I remember Luongo tracing his crease after a goal was scored, I remember thinking how he looked like a little kid.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it, I may do some more later on, but school work is calling!! Also, I urge you to do one of these, I’d be curious to see what you post…if you do post the link in the comments, and I will pimp you out.

Ok I have thought about doing this on my blog but
1. It would be only Blue Jackets
2. It would involve only two players (guess which ones- I know, I know, it’s tough).
3. It probably wouldn’t really interest the people that read my blog.
But I must admit that I am going through serious BJ withdrawals so please continue to post pics of our boys- I miss them, all of them.
In the meantime, heading to the Crew game this weekend. SO not the same.

LOL, would those two players be Rick Nash(ty) and Jared Boll?! I miss them too, I am super sad! Have fun at the Crew game!! I am jealous, even though you’re right, it probably isn’t the same

I love that picture of Willie Mitchell. Hee. I remember killing myself laughing when that happened, and when he was in the box after that he kept on screaming “I’m going to knock you out!” haha. I’m so glad Mitchell is a Canuck.
