Dallas 3 Jackets 2
By Bethany | October 19, 2007
We didn’t capitalize on our chances. We set back and let them tie us and then eventually beat us in the shoot out. Even though Fredrik Norrena was taking responsibility for the loss I don’t think it was his fault. It’s a team effort and if we can’t put the biscuit in the basket *I love saying that* then there is nothing that he can do about it.
“I couldn’t have played it better,” said Norrena, the frustration growing in his voice. “I was sure I had it. I was the most surprised person in the building.
“It was a (crappy) way to end a game.”
My mom always says if we go to a shootout we’ll lose. We don’t have one of those guys that is just stellar in the shoot out. I remember a game last year, oddly enough I think it was against Dallas or Phoenix, anyway we had a shootout in practice and we won. I think maybe we should practice this more often. I hate the Stars and I hate losing to them. They suck and no one likes them and Turco is a joke…ok that was mean…yes I’m bitter!
